Structure of the project

A European wide programme like EasyWay requests a strong and appropriate Programme Organisation. Based on the cooperation in the TEMPO Programme (1995-2006) and in EasyWay phase I proven organisational elements are retained whereas other organisational structures have been improved or abolished.
