London 2012 - Sponsors and exhibitors

The EasyWay Forum provides a rare opportunity to meet a highly influential group of ITS practitioners from European and United Kingdom based road authorities and operators. In addition, policy makers and decision makers from the European Commission will be in attendance.

The Forum lasts for 2 whole days and you will find that this is a unique event, which is relaxed but informed, with easy access to delegates. Located in a professional setting at our Venue at the Institution of Engineering and Technology you will be able to find out what is happening across Europe and within your own country.

We recognise that this is of strong interest to suppliers into the ITS sector. The Forum is a meeting of professionals and not a trade exhibition. However in response to the need, we are making a limited number of sponsorship and exhibition spaces available at very competitive rates.

Opportunities are available as follows:

• Space to set up a small exhibition and stand at the venue. This will be where delegates will be taking their refreshments
• Sponsorship of a reception.
