London 2012 - Accomodation

There is a very wide range of accommodation available throughout London at every price level from £50 a night up to well over £1000 for a single night! For this reason we have chosen not to promote a single hotel as the ‘Forum Hotel’ but allow each delegate to choose a hotel that best suits them and their employer.

The cost of the Forum does not include the cost of your accommodation, but does include refreshments and meals during the event at our venue.

We suggest you research hotels to find one that best suits your needs. A few suggestions are made below which you may wish to consider. We recommend that you look into your accommodation options and book it as early as you can. As you know prices can go up as well as down, right up to the day you wish to stay.

The Olympic and Paralympic Games will have finished, and we hope there will be ample availability, but London will remain a popular destination for tourists and business.

There are many hotel booking search engines on the web that you may like to explore to obtain a good price. Some hotel chains however do not always use these channels, so it is worth looking a specific hotel chain websites such as Accor and Holiday Inn.

When considering a hotel, please consider its proximity to the venue and the time it might take you to get to the Forum and any other supporting event. The following areas of London are closest but not necessarily the cheapest: Westminster - City ofLondon - Bloomsbury - Covent Garden - Holborn - Victoria - Southwark (south of theThames).
