All registrations will receive payment instructions and confirmations via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

Until 31 August 2009   EUR 25,-- handling fee
From 1 September 2009 until 31 October 2009   EUR 50,-- handling fee
After 1 November 2009   no refund

All refunds will be processed only after the conference!
