The Call for Papers is closed

The EasyWay Annual Forum 2009 deals with a European-wide approach to the mobility on the Trans-European road network and it represents a great opportunity to have an outlook on what Intelligent Transport Systems can do in order to improve the mobility, safety and environment for European citizens. This conference will provide a forum for the European ITS stakeholders to present the results so far achieved and to take a glance into the future, share experiences and good practices, stimulate informed debate, develop strategies and to reinforce European cross border cooperation. The call for papers concerns papers that are meant for the parallel technical sessions, which deal with achievements and perspectives on the following subjects:

1. Traffic Management Services on the Trans-European Roads
2. Europe-wide Traveller Information Services
3. Freight, logistics and co-modality on Trans-European Roads
4. VMS Harmonisation (Mare Nostrum)
5. DATEX II
6. Technological infrastructure for Trans-European Roads (ICT)

Presentations in sessions will be given in English. Papers submitted will be examined by the Technical Committee in charge of the Annual Forum 2009. The Technical Committee consists of representatives from the European Commission, European Studies, Euro-Regional Projects, and hosting partners.
